My sessions with Charles, my coach, are the highlight of my week. Not only do I have the opportunity to speak, but it serves as a focal point for the written and audio work I do during the week. Charles is kind and patient and an excellent language teacher. It’s really motivating to have one other living person care about my progress. It makes all the difference.

You just cannot compare to immediate feedback from a coach, and Jerome has been extremely helpful in improving my pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary in our one on one sessions. I’ve also really appreciated the feedback on my essays from Sabrina and truly feel that this has been one of the most valuable parts of the program.
