Missed Classes and Rescheduling
- Rescheduling Policy: If you miss a class, you have the option to reschedule it within the program period you signed up for, plus an additional 14-day grace period after the end of the program.
- Rescheduling Procedure: To reschedule a missed class, contact your teacher with your preferred new class time at least 24 hours before the class you missed or wish to reschedule. Forward the email to support@talkinfrench.com to confirm the rescheduling.
Important Notes
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be considered if certain criteria are partially met. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of completing the course.
