French Quiz Privacy Note

This page explains how we use the information you provide in the Talk in French level quiz.

What we collect

Your email address and name
How long you have studied French
Your quiz answers, scores, and writing sample
Your approximate country, when available from our hosting provider

We do not store your raw IP address with your quiz result.

How we use it

We use this information to save your progress, calculate and show your result, and identify the skills you may need to practice. We may manually review selected quiz and writing results. If we believe personal feedback would be useful, our team may contact you by email.

Where it is stored

Unfinished progress may be stored in your browser for up to 30 days. Once you submit the quiz, your result is stored in a private Google Sheet and may be added to the Talk in French customer relationship system. Your email address is shared with our email provider only when our team sends you a message.
