It’s Christmas time once again…the most wonderful time of the year! When you’re curled up with a mug of delicious chocolat chaud or relaxing in front of a crackling fire, wouldn’t it be lovely if you could play some French Christmas songs in the background?

Well, your wish is granted! Here is the perfect playlist I prepared for you. You can listen to French Christmas songs here via Spotify. Lyrics are available for many songs on free and Premium Spotify accounts, but availability varies by song, device and country. The song titles below include three external lyrics references.

Here’s the playlist. Enjoy!

1. How to get access to the 15 songs

Want to access the songs from your phone? You can sign up for a free Spotify account. Spotify and individual tracks are not available everywhere. You can also try the Deezer version at the bottom of this page; availability depends on your country.

2. How to get the lyrics and turn your computer into karaoke

On Spotify’s desktop app or web player, play a song and click the Lyrics button at the bottom. On a phone, open Now Playing and scroll down to Lyrics; on a tablet, tap the album artwork in the side menu first. Lyrics may not be available for every song or device. You can also watch the tutorial below; if its interface differs from your current app, use these instructions.

And if you need some more French songs for the rest of the year, I have previously shared a massive playlist containing more than 600 French songs. Check it out here.

New: Now on Deezer.
